Description World War II knitting counter. labelled knitting register: a complex knitting row counter made of card with red sliding indicators, made in England 1939-1940. The numerals are for recording rows, increase or decrease, and times. There is a needle gauge and a five-inch ruler, and instructions for use on the back.
