English: The shipping package to ship the WW I Victory Medal to the home of a US Army serviceman in April 1921. The package opens at one end to slide out the inside white package. Package was rerouted due to serviceman moved from IL to North Dakota after leaving the US Army. Inside the outer box was a white inner box that was ink stamped with the clasps he was supposed to receive. The white box has an upper and lower lid. The white package held the medal wrapped in cream colored tissue paper. |

Shipping box the World War I Victory Medal was shipped in to the service at home after the war. It was rerouted from his home in IL to his new home with his new bride and her family in Bisbee, ND. His wife's grandfather was V. Elmer Cartwright. The Medal for Floyd Miller went to his in-law's farm as that is where he was living at the time the medal was awarded.
