Deutsch: Das Haus am Oberen Stadtplatz 23 ist zugleich Ölberggasse 1 und Paul-Rebhuhn-Gasse 5. - Der giebelständige, dreigeschoßige Bau mit erneuerter Rieselputzfassade unter breit ausgebautem Schopfwalmgiebel besitzt im Inneren einen flachtonnengewölbten Mittelflur, einen breiten, historischen Stiegenaufgang und ein spätgotisch abgefastetes Steinportal, welches in einen stichkappentonnengewölbten Raum führt. Im Arkadenhof finden sich flachbogige Pfeilerarkaden und ein Säulengang mit fein gearbeiteten Kapitellen, Zellen und Netzgratgewölben um die Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts. Ein um 1900 erbauter, dreigeschoßiger Trakt mit historischem Holzloggiaverbau mit reichem Holzblendschnittdekor befindet sich im Garten.
