English: Walder's Low, near Bolsterstone. The origin of this interesting site is unconfirmed. Some say ... that the Walder's Low marker stone was put in place during Victorian times by part of the local (and rich) Rimmington-Wilson family. Some say ... the site is a burial chamber for a Late Neolithic (i.e. Stone Age) or Early Bronze Age Saxon chieftain. At this stage you pay's your money and takes your choice. 1626876 1626914
