Description
English: lu (鯥), an ox-like fish with wings, having feathers in the armpit (魼[=胠]), and a serpent-like tail. It bellowed like a yak (yu 畱, i.e. humped cow 瘤牛).[1] It is regarded as living on the slopes or hills (陵),[1] cf. the lingyu (陵魚) or "hill-fish"
