Deutsch: Die Gestaltung stammt von Otto Renkhoff, sie basiert auf einem Gerichtssiegel Holzhausens von 1628. Der Löwe steht für die Landgrafen von Hessen und war zusammen mit den Kugeln und mit dem Heiligen Nikolaus auf dem Siegel abgebildet, dieser hielt das Patrozinium des Ortes inne. Die Tingierung wurde durch Otto Renkhoff ergänzt und entspricht der des Wappens von Hessen. Die Zeichnung stammt von Heinz Ritt. |
