Deutsch: Ein Wappenpfahl, fälschlicherweise auch Totempfahl ist ein Pfahl, in den das Wappen einer Familie – und nicht deren Totem – eingeschnitzt ist. Sie waren vor allem bei den Indianern der amerikanischen Nordwestküste verbreitet. Gesehen neben dem Frauenmuseum in Hittisau, Vorarlberg.
