Deutsch: Waschbrett Herkules Extra Stark, Schweizer Fabrikat.
Aufschrift auf dem Holzbalken: Qualité Ideal Qualität Oben auf dem Riffelbrett: "Herkules" Extra Stark. Statt Rillen besitzt das Riffelbrett pro Zeile 9 hervorstehende Noppen. Das Waschbrett wurde 2016 aus dem Inventar des ehemaligen Trierer Klosters St. Clara, das am 31. Januar 2017 aufgegeben wurde übernommen. Mit sehr großer Wahrscheinlichkeit stammt es wie viele Objekte dieses ehemaligen Klosters aus dem sogenannten Schweizerdorf. Dies war eine 1946 bis 1948 bestehende Barackensiedlung auf dem Augustinerhof in Trier. Sie wurde von der Schweiz finanziert und hatte das Ziel die im Nachkriegsdeutschland hungernde Bevölkerung und insbesondere die Kinder zu unterstützen. Länge: 4 cm, Höhe: 66 cm, Breite: 34 cm, |
