La Communauté Urbaine ne se donne pas la peine d'aménager ses alentours, l'abandonne aux populations locales qui s'y livrent à la pratique des cultures vivrières, déversant ainsi les déchets issus de leur activité dans l'eau. Pourtant un lac chargé d'espoir pour tout un pays, compte tenu du projet de développement des sports nautique qui tourne autour et de celui du Musée des Civilisations. |
