Description MINOT, N.D. — Water floods areas along the Souris River Basin near Minot, N.D. June 2, 2011. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is currently reinforcing levees within the City of Minot and other communities along the river to protect citizens from this year’s historic flooding.
