English: Book plate from Wehrpflicht-Fibel, a teaching book / textbook / military service book with compulsory knowledge and information on regulations for recruits of the Wehrmacht, the armed forces of Nazi Germany, written by Hermann Foertsch (1895–1961), 3rd edition published by Verlag "Offene Worte", a publishing company in Berlin, in 1935:

    • Imperial war flag of Heer (army), Luftwaffe (air force), and Kriegsmarine (navy), first version 1933–1935; German imperial black-white-red tricolour with an Iron Cross.

    • The military version of the "eagle-and-swastika" national emblem (Wehrmachtadler, "Wehrmacht" eagle), designed for the army (white, grey), navy (yellow), and air force ("flying" variant) to be used as cap insignia, steel helmet decals, and "breast eagle" on tunics.
