"Living in a small town can teach you different things. It gives you the opportunity to connect with community members because you have no choice. It's like a very large family living in a small community. You go down the street you recognize somebody. You say "hello!" because you have a relationship with that individual. If there's ever somebody who comes into your town that you don't know, you make the true effort to get to know them because you want them to be included in your family."
