| Description |
View of the Wells Fago Center (née Norwest Center) from the Foshay Tower. It's kind of an art deco nouveau style (if that's a real style), and some people say it's basically a copy of the big building at Rockefeller Center. The Rand Tower in lower-right is real deco. If Minneapolis was Metropolis, this would be Lex Luthor's headquarters. The other side of this building is even more interesting, but it's usually shaded (facing north-northeast) and I don't know of a place to get a good shot of it. I uploaded this image to Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons on June 8, 2005 as commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wells_Fargo_Center_from_F... and released it into the public domain.
