Kapelle erstmals 1541 als "Heiligenhäuschen" erwähnt.
Erster Standort gegenüber der heutigen "St. Wendelinuskapelle".
Die jetzige Kapelle wurde 1904 hauptsächlich mit Sühnegeldern erbaut.
Seit 1979 wird die Kapelle vom "Odenwaldklub Dieburg" erhalten und gepflegt.
