Description
English: The outflow of Hampton Brook (now Westbrook) through the 1959 sea defences and onto the beach at Hampton-on-Sea, Herne Bay, Kent, England. This site features in Will Scott's 1955 children's book Half-Term Trail, but is described in the era before 1959, when Westbrook ran through a simpler culvert in a crumbling low mud cliff.
