English: Wheat and flytipping just outside Salisbury There is a layby on the A354 out of shot to the right where it is convenient for people to stop for a break and get rid of their junk. In Canada a refundable deposit has to be paid on drinks cans and bottles. This means that, even if they are dumped, someone will pick them up and return them to get the money back. |
