Deutsch: Ostansicht des Klostergebäudes und der röm.-kath. Filialkirche St. Thekla, auch Piaristenkirche bzw. Theklakirche bezeichnet, im 4. Wiener Bezirk Wieden.
1751/52 kauften die Piaristen (ein Schulorden) das Grundstück. Im Anschluss wurde darauf ein Ordenshaus mit Kirche und angeschlossener Schule nach Plänen von Matthias Gerl errichtet. Die Kirchweihe erfolgte am 26. September 1756 und als Kirchenpatronin fungierte die hl. Thekla. Bereits 1788 wurde der nordöstliche Teil (Vorderteil) des Kloster-Gebäudekomplexes verkauft. |
