Description
English: The Wilbur M. Feltner Building, also known as the Feltner Building, is located off the Loudoun Street Mall and East Boscawen Street in Winchester, Virginia. The complex incorporates several historic buildings, the oldest dating to 1830. The largest is 12-14 North Loudoun Street, built in 1840, on the Loudoun Street Mall. 9 Court Square, built in 1850, was originally a maintenance shop in two buildings that were later combined. The former Palace Bar was built in 1830. The Frederick County Clerk's Office was built in 1832 and expanded in 1940. The complex is a contributing property to the Winchester Historic District.
