Nederlands: Monument voor Willem Drees, minister-president van Nederland van 1948-1958. Het monument werd ontworpen door kunstenaar Eric Claus. Het monument werd onthuld op op 5 juli 1988. Aanvankelijk stond het bij het oude stadhuis aan de Groenmarkt in Den Haag. (Drees was wethouder van Den Haag tussen 1919-1933). Later werd het monument verplaatst naar het Buitenhof in Den Haag, vlak bij de parlementsgebouwen. English: Monument to Willem Drees, Prime Minister of the Netherlands from 1948 to 1958. The monument was designed by artist Eric Claus. The monument was unveiled on on July 5, 1988.
Initially it was located at the old town hall on the Groenmarkt in The Hague. (Drees was Deputy Mayor of The Hague between 1919-1933). Later the monument was moved to the Buitenhof in The Hague, near the Parliament buildings. Français : Monument à Willem Drees, Premier ministre des Pays-Bas de 1948 à 1958. Le monument a été conçu par l'artiste Eric Claus. Le monument a été dévoilé sur le 5 Juillet 1988. Initialement, il était situé à l'ancien hôtel de ville sur la Groenmarkt à La Haye. (Drees était adjoint au maire de La Haye entre 1919 à 1933). Plus tard, le monument a été déplacé vers le Buitenhof à La Haye, à proximité des bâtiments du Parlement. Das Denkmal wurde am am 5. Juli 1988 enthüllt. Anfänglich wurde es bei dem alten Rathaus am Groenmarkt in Den Haag gestellt. (Drees war stellvertretender Bürgermeister von Den Haag zwischen 1919 bis 1933). Später wurde das Denkmal auf den Buitenhof in Den Haag bewegt wird, in der Nähe der Parlamentsgebäude. Español: Monumento a Willem Drees, el primer ministro de los Países Bajos 1948-1958. El monumento fue diseñado por el artista Eric Claus.
El monumento fue inaugurado en el 5 de julio de 1988. Inicialmente se colocó en el antiguo ayuntamiento en el Groenmarkt en La Haya. (Drees era Teniente de Alcalde de La Haya entre 1919-1933). Más tarde, el monumento fue trasladado al Buitenhof en La Haya, cerca de los edificios del Parlamento. |
