Description
English: Seated portrait of Manchester, New Hampshire architect William M. Butterfield (1860-1932). Butterfield was the architect of a variety of buildings in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, including courthouses, town and city halls, schools and churches. The image comes from a 1903 article which provides an overview od Butterfield's career.
