English: Warehouse "Stokholm", Wolwevershaven 30, Dordrecht, the Netherlands. This warehouse has a very monumental facade and consists of a ground floor, three floors and three attics. It has six window axes. neck gable with ornamented side pieces, all brick with stone table and contour bands. Above the window of the second floor attic is a cartouche inscripted MDCCXXX. The wall are topped with profiled segments. Above the facade (1800) is a cartouche with the name "Stokholm". All windows retain their original frames and panes. At the rear of the building two gables rise out of the water. The interior is original. The building was restored in 1962-63. This beautiful building is of public interest because of its special historic and art historical value. Nederlands: Pakhuis "Stokholm", Wolwevershaven 30, Dordrecht. Dit gebouw heeft een zeer monumentale gevel. Het bestaat uit een begane grond, drie verdiepingen en drie zolderverdiepingen. Het is zes vensterassen breed. De halsgevel met vleugelstukken is van baksteen met natuurstenen lijst en contourbanden. Boven het venster van de tweede zolderverdieping bevindt zich een cartouche met de inscriptie MDCCXXX. De gevel is afgedekt met gesegmenteerde profielen. Boven de pui (uit circa 1800) bevindt zich een cartouche met de naam "Stokholm". Alle vensters bezitten nog hun oorspronkelijke kozijnen en roedenverdeling. Aan de achterzijde twee puntgevels, oprijzend uit het water. Het interieur is oorspronkelijk. Het pand is gerestaureerd in 1962-63. Dit fraaie gebouw is van algemeen belang wegens de bijzondere oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde. |
