| Description |
English: Woodseaves Cutting, Shropshire Union Canal, Shropshire. The canal passes through a deep cutting in the sandstone bedrock, which is heavily covered in vegetation. Despite the tree cover, bank slip is always a threat during and after prolonged rain and trees regularly fall during storms. Boats are advised to limit speed to 2 mph through the cutting, and passing each other is problematical in several places. |
