Description U.S. Army corps of Engineers Sacramento District American River levee work continues near Sacramento California's H Street Bridge's western end Feb. 11, 2015, while crews investigate a 36-inch abandoned irrigation pipe at the bridge's other end. The Corps is improving levees at both ends of the bridge by installing a seepage cutoff wall, designed to prevent water from seeping through and underneath the levee.
