| Description |
English: Clust receives one or more files of gene expression data. After pre-processing the dataset(s) either as required by the user or as automatically decided by clust, a large pool of seed clusters is produced. Then, the clusters are evaluated so a subset of non-overlapping clusters are selected as the elite subset of clusters. These elite seed clusters are used to learn, empirically, the statistical model of a "good cluster" as per the given dataset. Finally, the learnt models are used to produce the final optimized and completed set of clusters. |
