Nederlands: Voormalige kapelanie of het zogenaamde "beneficael huys", opklimmend tot circa 1787; gelegen ten zuidoosten van de parochiekerk. In een brief van 1740 uit de toenmalige kapelaan tegenover de bisschop zijn ongenoegen omtrent de bouwvalligheid van zijn woning op het kerkhof van Wortel. In 1787 ontleende kapelaan H. Brosens (1783-1796) met toestemming van de bisschop 400 gulden tot de restauratie van het "beneficiael huys"; het huidige gebouwtje is vermoedelijk uit de tijd van deze verbouwing.
