| Description |
English: Wrygarth Inn, Great Hatfield, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Pub near the junction of Sigglesthorne Road and Hull Road, Great Hatfield. Known as the Holderness Hunt Inn from 1879 or earlier, until around 1900 when it was renamed the Wry Garth. The pub appeared to have been closed down not long before this photograph was taken. Many of the fixtures and fittings had been removed and notices in the windows advised anyone owning property left on the premises to claim it or it would be destroyed. |
