Galego: Dende moi cedo o estoupido das castañas dentro do bombo animou o Campo da Feira de Folgoso. O lume acendeu as nove da maña no souto da Carroza. O longo do día, o Concello repartiu de balde máis de 700 quilos. Apañar castañas permítelles conseguir uns ingresos adicionais e de paso coidar do monte no outono. A festa de exaltación da castaña do Courel está a piques de cumprir tres décadas. Son moitos, os que atraídos pola súa sona, veñen pasar a fin de semana na montaña. Nesta edición, a data aproveitouse para presentar un vídeo sobre a historia do Courel, “O Courel bajo la cruz de Santiago” do sacerdote Jesús Río. O ano que ven a celebración dos trinta anos da festa da castaña do Courel toca en Seoane.
