English: The Xth COMNAVGUARD (acronym for Command Level Navy Coast Guard) meeting to discuss interoperability issues between the Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard was held at the Headquarters Eastern Naval Command (ENC), Visakhapatnam on 01 November 2016. The meeting was co-chaired by the Vice Admiral Atul Kumar Jain AVSM, VSM Chief of Staff ENC and Inspector General Rajan Bargotra, TM Commander Coast Guard Region (East) and Inspector General KR Nautiyal PTM, TM Commander Coast Guard Region (North East), and was attended by Senior Officers of the Navy and Coast Guard controlling the operations along the Eastern Seaboard. |
