| Description |
English: Yarmouth bus station, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. Seen from the town-centre end, with Stand 1 for the Needles Tour, although, being December, this wasn't running. Seen in the background are stands 2 and 3, for routes 7 and 11 (although the 11 was withdrawn after 19 December). This view shows well how the first two bus stands are like standard bus stops, whereas stand 3 and the coach stands are to the saw-tooth design. The bus station is completely empty, with no passengers or buses, with the bleak December weather contrasting sharply with the familiar bustling summer scenes of Yarmouth. |
