Description
English: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) assayed for reduction of TTC grown on glucose or sucrose as a carbon source. The plates to the right were treated with top agar containing 0.2% w/v triphenyltetrazolium chloride and incubated for 1 hour at 32C. Plates to the left were not treated
