Español: Este instrumento anterior a los fósforos y encendedores a combustible, tenía como función producir fuego. Fue utilizado durante el siglo XVIII y el XIX, por la aristocracia. Está compuesto por un recipiente creado a partir de la cola de un armadillo, una tapa de plata y cadenas para el pedernal y hoja de acero
English: This instrument, prior to matches and fuel lighters, had the function of producing fire. It was used during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, by the aristocracy. It is composed of a container created from the tail of an armadillo, a silver lid and chains for the flint and steel blade.
