El interior del presbiterio presenta cuatro arcos ciegos de medio punto, repartidos en los muros norte y sur, apoyados sobre columnas con capiteles historiados.

Se cubre con bóveda de cañón el el tramo recto y cuarto de esfera en el tramo final.
