Description
Deutsch: aus dem DEHIO Vorarlberg 1983: Zanzenberggasse (Oberdorf) Nr.2: Gassenseitig mächtiger Sattelgiebel mit Aufzugsöffnung, 3geschossig, Korbbogenportal aus Sandstein, bezeichnet 1788; Fenster sandsteingerahmt mit geschnitzten Mittelpfosten, ebenerdig Klostergitter. Talseitig romantischer Anbau mit Eckturm (Zeltdach, Fachwerk), Balkon (mit Wappen), geschnitzte Veranda. Aus dem Dornbirner Gemeindeblatt 1788 von “Lorenz Ulmer” errichtet und lange Zeit als Gerberei genutzt. 1866 kaufte F.M.Hämmerle zwecks Arrondierung des Magazin Oberdorf, wo das Firmen Auslieferungslager eingerichtet wurde. Theodor Hämmerle ließ den Eckturm anbauen, an dessen Balkon das Wappen der F.M.Hämmerle zu sehen ist. 2009 durch den Architekten DI Michael Heim generalsaniert.
