Deutsch: Zeichen 252 mit der Bedeutung „Verbot für Krafträder, auch mit Beiwagen, Kleinkrafträder, Fahrräder mit Hilfsmotor und Kraftwagen“ mit dem Zusatzschild „Anliegerverkehr frei“. Die Schilder gehören zu der 1970 veröffentlichten und 1971 eingeführten westdeutschen Neufassung der Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung. Zeichen 252 trug bei der Aufnahme 2017 noch einen sehr gut erhaltenen RAL-Aufkleber vom März 1982 (20 3 82). Ein zweiter Aufkleber darunter gab den Hersteller an: „Ernst Bremicker KG, 8120 Weilheim i. OB., 6302 Lich/Hessen.“ Das Zusatzschild trug nie einen Aufkleber. Es muß älter sein, als das Verkehrszeichen darüber, da es typographisch noch eine vor 1970 gerne verwendete Variante der alten DIN-Schrift zeigt. Bis zum 32- Dezember 1984 durften Schilder noch mit der alten DIN 1451 beschriftet werden (sh. Straße und Autobahn 6, 1980, S. 286). Augenfälligerweise entspricht der Text des Zusatzschildes nicht dem offiziell vorgeschriebenen Text der StVO-Neufassung von 1970. Dieser hätte „Anlieger frei“ gelautet. Stattdessen lautet die Inschrift „Anliegerverkehr frei“. Diese Textversion gehörte jedoch zur StVO-Gestaltung, die zwischen 1956 und 1971 Gültigkeit besaß. Bemerkenswert ist, daß auch die im Vergleich zu den Vorschriften der neueren StVO von 1970 viel zu feine schwarze Umrandung eher zur StVO-Novelle von 1956 paßt. Vielleicht fehlt der RAL-Aufkleber, da das Schild den offiziellen Anforderungen nicht Genüge tat. Auch einen Herstellerstempel hat es nie besessen. Beide Schilder sind im Siebdruckverfahren hergestellt worden.
„Verkehrszeichen, die den Bildern der Anlage zur StVO nicht nur in Kleinigkeiten nicht entsprechen (sog. Phantasiezeichen), sind regelmäßig nichtig, daher unbeachtlich und auch nicht bußgeldbewehrt.“ Quelle: Verkehrsblatt 21 (1971), S. 587. Ungültig war in diesem Falle lediglich das Zusatzschild. |
