Description
Slovenčina: Pamätná tabuľa je venovaná prestavbe veže kostola sv. Alžbety v roku 1648. Na tabule je mestský erb ovinutý vavrínovým vencom a pod ním latinský text: Kristus moja nádej. Erb držia dvaja anjeli. Dvaja anjeli ohraničujú pravý a ľavý okraj tabule. Plochu dopĺňajú aj štyri samostatné nápisy a šľachtický erb. Tieto nápisy hlásajú, že vežu dal prestavať zvolenský richtár a prísediaci súdu Zvolenskej stolice, urodzený Daniel Berky. Jeho predkovia pochádzali z obce Berki v Novohradskej stolici (dnes Pusztaberki v Maďarsku) . Pred osmanským ohrozením sa presťahovali do severnejších regiónov.
