This printed engraving is a copy (with differences) from the original illustration.
The complete book title is : Histoire critique des pratiques superstitieuses, qui ont séduit les peuples, & embarrassé les sçavans. Tome 2, from R. P. Pierre Le Brun.

The differences can be seen in the face of the man, and the number of buttons and buttonholes (8 of each in the original picture, 9 & 7 in the engraving)
But the author for both is still "unkown".
