Questions

French Guiana is marked as being in the finals (presumably as France). This is, at best, confusing, yet it also contradicts wikipedia article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_Guiana_Rugby_Committee

The qualification pages list Cameroon and Kazakhstan as withdrawals rather than non-entrants. Shouldn't these be consistent.

I could update the map, but it is not possible to overwrite the file. Eliminated today: Netherlands, Switzerland, Moldova, Poland
