Would anyone be willing to go through and label the countries? I think one of the great things about making a map in .svg format is that one can set an ID for a shape. Why not label at least the major countries?

If a few volunteers would each tackle the main countries on a continent, I think that would make the map more useful.

What projection method was used for this map?

edit

I would like to know the projection used, so that I can transform the map into a series of Eastings/Northings. Will gladly share this project.

I suggest you ask here. 68.39.174.238 00:01, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

South Sudan is now independent, should be included in the map

edit

South Sudan was proclaimed an independent state today, unlike Kosovo, there is no dispute with the north as of yet, that I am aware of. So South Sudan should be included.--R-41 (talk) 22:15, 9 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Looks like Vatican City is missing on the Italian Peninsula

edit

There seems to be San Marino, but Vatican City seems to be missing below it CloneCommanderFordo (talk) 12:39, 19 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
