This image doesn't necessarily need a permission. It's inelegible for copyright because it only consists ofa typefaced letter, a red background and a distorced line. Commons allows this kinda of image in Image casebook Trademarks. It seems like the proponent didn't read the description and the tag licenses. Mizunoryu 大熊猫❤小熊猫 (talk) 15:02, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
