Photo location issue

The Author says this photo is Arcata, California. Of course that is not sufficient since this is likely to be the mouth of the Mad River some miles north and west of the City of Arcata. The title was poorly chosen. Since you would have to have reference to the area to discern where and what the photo is 75.111.21.228 08:22, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
