Original text of the Greek inscription

edit

The Greek text which I am now correcting lacks two lines corresponding to the translation "huntsmen and fishermen of the king have desisted from hunting". The lines "ἀνθρωποι καὶ ὅσοι θηρευταὶ η αλιείς / βασιλέως πέπαυνται θηρεύοντες καὶ " are reported in the seminal paper "CarratelliG. Pugliese and GarbiniG. (ed. and tr.): A bilingual Graeco-Aramaic edict by Asoka: the first Greek inscription discovered in Afghanistan. (Serie Orientale Roma, XXIX.) XI, 62 pp. - Roma: Istituto Italiano per il Medio ed Estremo Oriente, 1964", as well as being visible in the picture. The only online resources I could find reporting them, i.e. providing the full original text, are this one with comments and translation in Dutch (of all languages ...) and this one in Russian.
