Incorrect map

This map has a lot of incorrect information.

1. Broken Hill doesn't use AEST. Read w:Broken Hill#Time
2. Multiple towns in Outback WA use ACST. These include Blackstone, Irrunytju, Warakurna, Wanarn, Kiwirrkurra and Tjukurla. You can read more about that here
3. The +8:45 is nowhere to be seen. Eucla uses +8:45 and not +8.
4. Lord Howe Island is nowhere to be seen. It uses +10:30 usually and +11 in Daylight Savings.
