Caption asserts the wrapper is "tapioca paper", which is unlikely because tapioca is basically pure starch. This type of wrapper usually is made from a high-protein flour such as glutinous rice or bean flour. --Una Smith (talk) 19:04, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
