This picture is incorrectly labelled. I am the original photographer (user KirinX on WikiPedia) and this was definitely not scanned from slide film. This picture was taken with a Sony Alpha A100 DSLR. Also, the version you have uploaded to Wikimedia Commons is a cropped lower-quality version of the same photo I originally uploaded.
