Map does not display Catalan

Hi @Glrx. So far we got 31 files translated already only today! I know that you told me to simplify the process, but so far the users are figuring out very well all steps! I just came across this one, which I do not manage to understand why it does not show the option to draw it in Catalan. Which step has File:Map athenian empire 431 BC-en.svg that is missing here? The file is greater than 256 kB. The MediaWiki parser only looks at the first 256 kB to find translations, but all the translations are beyond that point. Consequently, MediaWiki believes the file does not have any translations.

The Catalan translation does show up at w:ca:Guerra_de_Biafra because an explicit |lang=ca was used. However, we should not be adding that parameter on the ca.Wiki. That is the default. If we fix the file here, then the ca.Wiki will do the right thing.

The bug is a known limitation of SVG Translate.
