According to http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/life-science/cell-biology/hematology-and-histology/hematology-and-histology-products.html?TablePage=17895487 there are no methyl groups missing. The same structure with three additional methyls exists but is called Bismarck Brown R. Please correct me if I am wrong? --Shaddack (talk) 22:16, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
