The Bluetooth trademark rules say that in any case editorial articles can use the Bluetooth logo if they retain the form, on top of standard US fair use legislation. On top of that Bluetooth-SIG has given explicit permission to use the Bluetooth-Logo on Wikipedia and other Wikimedia areas in writing on September 4th, 2005, via Lindsay Puett | Marketing Program Manager | Bluetooth SIG Gwyndon 00:59, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
