Freetown?

The building to the left has an inscription saying "[illisible] de l'Afrique occidentale". This suggest that this is somewhere in French West Africa, not the english-speaking colony of Sierra Leone. --Randykitty (talk) 16:52, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
