Replacing "France" with "Indian Ocean"

When I tidied up the text, I replaced "France" with "Indian Ocean" on the ground that in this context, it was more important to emphasise the geographic, rather than the political location. Moreover, the word "France" would easily be confused with "Metropolitan France". Martinvl (talk) 08:09, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
