Single cross instead of patriarchal cross

Hi there, this CoA has an issue, that Monsignore Trochta was a cardinal and bishop. If there is cardinal holding a bishopric (rather than an archbishopric) the cross behind the CoA should be just an ordinary latin cross instead of the double cross (patriarcha, lorraine cross).
